Hey all sorry I have been MIA in the blogging world. It has been a heck of a few days. We have had an awesome time with our company and have worn ourselves out and honestly I have eaten terribly. I have tried to do better but my Mother In Law has cooked some AWESOME stuff and I just couldn't resist.
So on Sunday we had Zoe's 3rd birthday party. We rented a bounce house and had horseshoes. What started out as a kids party ended up into an cookout at our house with pool and darts after. We had an awesome time.
Monday our company wanted to go to the beach. Ok we all know I hate myself in a bathing suit but I have been feeling pretty good lately so I decided what the hell and went ahead and wore a bathing suit. It was a cute hot pink thing lol and it screamed at everyone on the beach. HELLO look at me and my fat thighs. LOL Honestly after I got there and was having fun with the kids it was all good.
This wore us all out and we came home and everyone passed out and collapsed. I got a little sun but was good about putting on a lot of sunscreen.
Tuesday I had to take my Zoe to her her 3 year check up and she did very well. She is not very big for 3. She weighs only 28lbs and is 3 feet tall. I don't know if any of your kids has seen Disney Junioe where they have the show Doc McStuffins well Zoe loves this show and she sang it to the doctor about how it was time for her check up. LOL It was just so cute wish I had recorded it.
So today is Wednesday and Zoe is starting daycare on Monday and we went to tour a daycare. She was so in love with all of the kids that she didn't want to leave we had to drag her out kicking and screaming LOL. I guess that is a good sign that she won't be hard to leave. I was worried because she has stayed with my aunt since she was 5 weeks old and I wasn't sure how this was going to be for her.
Today is also her birthday my big girl is 3. I can't believe i. Time has just flown it amazes me everyday how fast she is growing.
On the exercise and diet front this week has been a big fat fail for me. I haven't exercised since Sunday. I haven't eaten good at all. I am trying to get in under control and not overdue and not use the I will start Monday philosophy. I really need to switch up my workouts anyways. I was getting to where I was dreading it so I am curious what do you guys do for your workouts? Do you alternate days where you do cardio and then weights what? Share with me.
